Looking for an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessor
I'm looking for someone to do an Energy Performance Certificate on our house, and would be grateful to hear local recommendations. Oddly there don't seem to be any existing HOL threads about this so perhaps this'll be helpful to others too.
I tried the EPC register but the most local name to come up was this chap who, upon googling, turns out to be a shady landlord. So I'd rather trust recommendations from people here. If you're willing to say how much they charged for what kind of property, that'd be great too.

I tried Kate (as recommended here) but she was busy, so contacted Joel at JL Safety Ltd, on 07833467918. He got back to me within the hour and could come and do this later on the same day which was great. He completed the paperwork efficiently and I wanted to recommend him to others.
