Looking for a Solicitor

Hi Can anyone recommend a solicitor. My friend is a store manager and he was punched in the face by a shop lifter. He lost 4 teeth and has been in massive pain and had many dentist appointments. Then months later he has lost the sight on one eye and the hospital say its the result of the attack. His company agreed to pay some of the dental costs but that's all they have done. They are not even giving him sick pay when he has time off for hospital visits.

He has made a Criminal Injuries claim but he feels that he should get more support or compensation from his company.  Does anyone know of a good solicitor that could deal with this.
