Looking for a short term rent ( 3 month) in the area 1-2 bed/ we're flexible

Hi there,

We currently live on the ladder and need to move out for 3 months to have some work done on our flat. We would love to be close by so we can keep an eye on things and are looking for a short term rent in the area.

We are both professionals in our 30's ( 1 textile designer, 1 radio producer) and would make fantastic tenants to anyone who wants their property looking after properly! we are quite flexible regarding size- ideally a 1 or 2 bed but whatever is out there really! I would even happily look after pets if was part of the deal.

Hi Leanne,

We live on the ladder and we're away for most of the summer. End of July to August. We'll probably have a student staying during that period but we'd have a number of rooms free.

Let me know if this is of interest. We would be back at the end of Aug.
