Looking for a room or flat to rent, short term for my lovely visiting parents! 21 April - 20 May :)

Hi everyone,

I'm about to have my first baby (yay!) and my parents are flying over from Australia for four weeks for the birth (double yay!).

Unfortunately, we really don't have room for them to stay with us in our tiny flat. So we're looking for someone in the neighbourhood who would like to rent out a room to them while they're here. It doesn't need to be a formal set up or a B&B - I guess we're hoping to find someone with a spare room or a small flat who'd like to make some extra cash by renting it out for four weeks.

My parents are lovely, and will be really low-key, tidy, respectful houseguests. I also think they won't be spending much time there - they're going to want to be out with us and their new grandson as much as possible, and they also have loads of trips away planned.  

Here's the kind of place we're thinking about:

• Dates are Monday 21 April - Tuesday 20 May.
• A Mon-Fri rental would be fine, as they will be away every weekend doing little trips around the countryside.
• We're on the corner of Oakfield and Stapleton Hall Road, a few minutes walk from Harringay station. Ideally we'd like a place within walking distance of us. I think this would encompass all of the ladder, down to Green Lanes, across Finsbury Park, and down to the top end of Stroud Green or edge of Crouch End. Wait, my explanation makes it complicated!  I guess if you can walk to Harringay station in less than 15 minutes, then you're in a great spot! 
• They'd like their own room, with their own ensuite or bathroom if possible.  
• No need to have access to the kitchen or anything, but a place to make cups of tea will be vitally important!  
• Rent is negotiable, we can talk about it!
