Looking for a room

I am looking for a room in the area with good transport links. My budget is around 450-500, or below if possible. I am an electrician and extremely handy aw well. I would be more than willing to do things around the house during my stay for free. I kind of enjoy fixing things. My name is Karl and i am from South Africa. I have been here since Feb this year and am living in a share house in Russel Avenue at the moment. Apart from there being 8 people in the house, which is a bit much for me, i am paying 600pcm and would like to cut down a bit. Things that are important for me is that the place has a garden, and the room has a window. Apart from that i am open to suggestions.
