Looking for a property solicitor specialised in disputes with the Freeholders.
Hello,
I am looking for a recommendation for a solicitor who could help me regarding with a dispute with the Freeholder. I own a flat on a leasehold basis in a bloc.
There is damp in the flat due to a defect in the external wall. Email after emails and official letters, I am getting nowhere. They do not even respond. I need professional help.
If you know any good lawyers - preferably not extortionate!-, please let me know.

BEFORE going to a solicitor—unless you've already done so—read and re-read your Lease document that should govern any disputes with the Freeholder.
