Looking for a new flatmate - Raleigh Road

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to share a flat with me and cat on Raleigh Road.

It's a really nice two bed garden flat with double room and conservatory on the back.

5 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane, Green Lanes and Hornsey overground station, and Crouch End and Hornsey High Street are about ten minutes walk.

There's a spacious double room with conservatory attached on the back which leads out in to the garden, and a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.

I'm looking for a girl or guy sociable type person who can get on with the cat and quite open minded about flatmates as long as they're laid back and fairly tidy. Like to have a laugh, cooking session and a glass of wine in the evenings, not looking for any mad parties, but would like someone who comes out of their room for dinner!

Rent is about £430 a month and all bills on top making it about £540 in all.
