Looking for a design & build contractor

Hi, I’ve been left with a loft that needs to be signed off by Haringey Building Control.

the company that made the loft was Dan James and they’ve went into liquidation. 
Oculus were meant to be overviewing the signing off have also went into liquidation.

I have most of the plans but I need someone to help me push this through the council. 

any help or info would be greatly appreciated
