Looking for a 2 bed property with a garden to rent

Hi HOL!

My friend and I are on the search for a two double bedroom property with a garden to rent.

We have already been stung by local estate agents that have taken more than one holding deposit and have then accepted higher offers of rent from other parties and are getting very frustrated by this!

We are needing to move by the end of December (dates flexible) and we would like to ideally find something soon.

Here is a list of our requirements:

Two double bedrooms

Private garden (sole use)

Unfurnished

Separate lounge

We also have one 11 year old cat who is housetrained

Looking to rent for at least 18 months

We are both professionals in full time work and aged 38 and 42, we have a budget of around £1500pcm but could stretch if the property is perfect.

Please keep us in mind if you know of anything - we have great references and have rented in and around Haringey for 15 years, just can't afford to buy a place!
