Looking for a 1 bed flat to rent with garden in N4 and surrounding areas

Hello dear HoL people,

Me and my husband are looking for a 1 bedroom flat with a garden to rent.

We are looking to move in the next 3 months so we are flexible with dates.

We would like a garden as we have a cat and we would prefer a ground floor flat for this reason as well.

We both work ft in and around Haringey and London and would like to stay in the area we are in now which is N4 if possible but we would consider other parts of Haringey as well as Islington and Hackney, too.

Just wondered if there is anyone on HoL or anyone you might know who is looking to let anything like this... your help is much appreciated :)
