Loft Conversion Help

Hi everyone 

We’re a couple living on a first floor flat on Seymour Road, and considering doing a loft conversion (ideally with a small roof terrace.) But we are very keen to see what conversions on the ladder are like inside before we take the leap - what kind of space you get, and the impact it has on the first floor landing. 
A cheeky ask but if anyone with a loft conversion would be willing to let us take a very quick look at your space, we’d be hugely grateful - to the tune of a nice bottle of wine.
Please do let us know if that might be you, and we would of course pop by at a time that’s convenient.

We had a conversion done about 3 years ago by Another Level Lofts.

Pat and his team did a great job, and we would work with them again.

He also has loads of examples in the area, and is worth a call with him to see what can be done.

If it’s flat i believe you would need to apply for planning permission as it won’t be able to be built under permitted development.
