Lock up or yard wanted for small gardening business

I run a small garden design/build/maintenance company from my home on the ladder. My partner is getting understandably fed up with us using our front garden to store bags of compost and rubbish on its way to the tip.

I really need to find a small yard or lock up garage to use for this.

Does anyone know of anywhere we could rent, shouldn't be too far away ideally? I realise that it may be hard to find something but it has got to the point where we have to find somewhere.
