Local sociable running group....... and more

The Crouch End and District u3a Social Running Group meet at 10am every Tuesday and Wednesday to run an easy 5km and have a coffee afterwards.  The u3a is a UK-wide collection of 1000+ charities that provide the opportunity for those no longer in work to come together and learn for fun.  If you would like to join us please see our website page : CEDu3a social running. 

If running isn't your thing, Crouch End and District u3a has over 120 interest groups, so you have a good chance of finding something of interest: CEDu3a groups, AND we hold regular talks and social events.
