Local Property Market Help/Advice Needed

Hi there, 

Together with my girlfriend, we are looking for a studio flat in Harringay. We`ve been living in the area for a few years now and really love it here. 

As you are aware the current situation in the property market is quite challenging. So far we`ve tried a few different options including Zoopla, Rightmove etc. but with not much luck.

Has anyone got any leads to private landlords or agencies that are worth recommending? Our budget is not very high and we can afford about £1300 per month with bills included. Any help would be much appreciated.
