I can recommend the ‘Bounce’ fitness class, for a really good cardio/aerobic work out on mini trampolines, good fun, a bit different , with great teachers, good value , also kind on the knees !
Classes are now twice a week: Monday and Thursday evenings, 7.15pm (1 hour)
Classes being held locally in the hall at the back of Turkish Cypriot community centre (628-630 Green lanes)
