I wonder if the one on Wightman (270) is related to the ongoing illegal HMO conversion at 274 mentioned in this thread:

270 Wightman Road and 274 Wightman Road are not related.

The building on the top floor, at the back of, 270 Wightman Road has been REFUSED planning permission.

In theory that means it will be taken down???

It is this HGY/2009/0017. REFUSED.
