Las Laundry and Dry Cleaning - AVOID

My washing machine broke just after we came back from Glastonbury which was rather unfortunate as you can imagine! 

We took a big bag of washing to Las Laundry and Dry Cleaning on Green Lanes for a wash and dry. However, after trying on a few dresses I noticed every thing had shrunk, my underwear ripped and mystery statins appeared on various items. We took it back to the manager who was extremely hostile, unapologetic and refused to take ANY responsibility for all of my ruined clothes. We paid £18 but he only agreed to refund £10 which we told him to keep. We are incensed that we took hundreds of pounds worth of clothing to be cleaned and the whole lot has come back ruined. I suspect it was the dryer bur surely we should of been warned about this when we bought in. Horrible experience and I would strongly encourage people to avoid this place. The guy is a cowboy and simply doesn't care about customer satisfaction.
