We're looking for someone easy going to move into the top room in our 3 story family home.

Will works for an actors agency in Central London and I work for Defra in their Marine Department in Westminster.

Leverton Close is a new, quiet development between Wood Green Tube and Alexandra Palace overground. Ours is one of 14 houses surrounding a communal garden creating a friendly small neighbourhood.

The available room is the sole room on the top floor and is large, light and airy. There's a spacious built in cupboard for storage and the room is currently furnished (though we'd be happy to discuss moving furniture out).

The bathroom is shared but there's a toilet on the ground floor too.

All bills (inc. council tax) are included.

The development it's self is car free but just 2 roads away the Wood Green controlled parking zone ends so you can find free parking close by.

We'd be happy to reduce the rent to 550 for a Monday-Friday let.
