Are you a tenant or a landlord? What advice are you looking for?

Looking for a reliable electrician who can look over a property and provide the certificate, assuming it passes.

Cheers,

Sam

I recommend Ed.

Hi Sam

if your a tenant (and you haven't been given a copy)  you should ask your landlord for an electrical safety certificate immediately. If your a landlord have your property inspected ASAP and give your tenant a copy.

Safety certificates (gas and electric) are really important for both parties.

Hope you get it resolved.
