Yes. Reported it and have beeen told it is a local network problem which may not be fixed until 14th March! Strangely however, my broadband is working although no dial tone on the phone.

I live and work in Hewitt Road (at number 30) and since yesterday evening have been enduring a very poor line. I can make calls but the dial tone and then the call are marred by a constant crackling noise. Infinitely preferable to the appalling situation a good while back when the cables were cut and BT were no help at all, but irritating nonetheless. Hope all have normal service resumed very soon, and not in five days!

Lost phone line and broadband completely today but both now working though phone is still a little crackly.  I reported the fault to TalkTalk but as usual they're not providing much in the way of information. Fingers crossed it improves.
