Lady is a Pomeranian dog and The Mayhew Animal Home are looking to find her a good permanent home. She was a welfare case - no longer wanted by her previous owner.
Little Lady hasn't had the best start in life. She can be nervous of new people, but once a bond has been built she is extremely loving and affectionate and loves nothing more than climbing on your lap for cuddles and tummy rubs!
Lady is almost 6 years old and you can even see a video here of her playing. She is toilet trained, travels well and knows basic commands. She can be left alone for 2 to 3 hours. She is good with dogs when out, but prefers to be the only dog in her new home. No cats please.
Lady would suit an all adult home without visiting young children. A house and garden would be best for Lady, not a flat (due to her vocal nature). Lady is a loyal and adorable dog. She has plenty of energy for long walks & tends to stay by your side. An experienced owner would suit her.
Lady has luxating patellas in both her knees, but at the moment they're not causing her any pain. If this were to change, her adopters can return to The Mayhew clinic for surgery to correct the problem free of charge.
(If you can't offer a permanent home to a dog, the Mayhew also need fosterers - as they have dogs and cats who need temporary homes until permanent homes can be found). Lady needs a permanent home as she is already living in a kind temporary foster home, so that she does not have to wait in kennels.

I think it's just that Lady has a vocal nature so that is why they have said no flats in this instance. I've added that to the post.
There is more detail on Lady on their website for anyone interested. They welcome any enquiries.
Good news - Lady has found a good home.
Now Sid is hoping he will find a good permanent home (or he would love a temporary foster home in the meantime so that he does not have to carry on waiting in kennels which can be stressful). All Dogs Matter would love to find him a temporary foster home while he waits for his forever home.
Sid is a Staffie cross Pointer who was no longer wanted by his previous owners. He is 10 months old. Sid is a sweet dog who has been friendly with everyone at kennels. He enjoys his walks and is an active dog. He seems to know most basic commands and will happily show you a trick if you provide him with treats!
Sid will need someone who is at home most of the time. He can live with children over 10 years. He is looking for his forever home, or for a temporary foster home. Sid has been good with dogs when out so could possibly live with a calm female dog, but not with cats.
