Ladies hairdresser for pixie cut recommendation

I'm looking for a local hairdresser who 

• knows how to do a pixie cut well
• will cut a pixie cut ie isn't going to spend ten minutes trying to convince me to grow it out and make me feel uncomfortable for the rest of the appointment because they clearly disapprove of women with short hair
• isn't just going to give me a short back and sides on the assumption that if I have short hair and can't wear much makeup (allergies) I obviously want to look like a dude *sighs*
