I am having my house on the ladder renovated from next month and will be looking to sell various items.  We have a 4 year old Ikea kitchen and 2, 4 year old bathroom suites.  Along with this we will have various internal wood doors and radiators to sell.  Everything is less than 4 years old and the only reason we are selling them is because we are trying to revert the house back to it's original Victorian glory.  Along with this I will be selling a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.  All appliances are immaculate and under 4 years old.

I could be interested in the hob if it is electric, possibly bathroom suite too. Please let me know details and prices.

Hi Lauren,

I have attached a picture of the hob, hood and oven, along with the bathroom suites.  The oven is electric and along with the hood and oven are all Ikea.  The bathroom suite consists of 2 identical toilets, 2 sinks (one of which is for an en suite) and a small bath.  All immaculate and in white.

I don't have any expectation in terms of price, so if you would like to come around and view and make an offer please let me know.

Please note that I cannot hand them over until the first weekend of October

Hi John,

The oven is an integrated Ikea fan oven (see attached).  No expectation at this stage on price.  If you are interested in viewing it please let me know.  I need my appliances until the first weekend of October which is when the builders begin

Hi there,

We have 10 internal doors (as per the attached).  7 can be taken from w/c 5th October, 3 need to remain until after the project is complete (approx. Easter 2016)

I have attached the door measurements in an excel spreadsheet
