This is a unique opportunity to be part of a job-share at a senior management level in a high profile organisation.

There are a number of ongoing projects for which you will have key responsibilities, including a major building project, managing merger and collaboration activity and enabling a more flexible working environment. In addition, you will support the organisational planning process and the provision of excellent financial and IT services.

We are looking for someone with proven leadership and exemplary people management skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and considerable experience of working at a senior level, preferably within the voluntary sector.

The job has been worked successfully as a job-share for over two years. One of the job-share partners is leaving London and we are looking to replace her.
