Roberta is a well known trouble maker, also this video doesn't show her macing two people and her boyfriend hitting Andy with a steel bar, hidden in a rolled up newspaper.

Not really bothered who she is tbh, you get loonies on both sides. Just because someone is a troublemaker doesn't mean I believe the account delivered on Electronic Intifada because it's quite obvious it didn't go down the way they're reporting it. I'm sure the truth is somewhere in the middle.

Astonishing that you are taken in by these nasty fascist thugs. Yes they are fascists and they are thugs. I was there and I tried to take a photo of them meeting a colleague round the corner. They snatched my phone out of my hand before I could. I saw Andy with a swollen red face where they had sprayed him. This was a peaceful festival in support of Palestinian literature which was quite deliberately disrupted by people with a history of violence. They wish to disprupt anyone who would criticise Israel.

Not taken in by anyone but can clearly see who started the altercation in the video and shocked that this Andy bloke wasn't also charged with assault when he clearly started the violence. Footage may not show everything but it does show how it started. Not as black and white as you'd like us to believe. Just thankful that someone filmed it otherwise we'd all have to take your word for it. The man who entered the stage was not violent, this is clear from the video but he was attacked quite violently.

Eyewitness account's and overwhelming video evidence (including this footage) shown in court demonstrate these are fascist thugs but clearly that isn't enough for some people.

A man (who is Arab according to other accounts) steps on stage silently and holds up placards silently, he doesn't touch anyone but it wrestled off the stage by this Andy guy and yet he's the thug because he was staging a silent, peaceful protest. People in the audience are calling for him to be heard but they are not listened to. No, you're right, your article which is clearly written by someone with a bias is not enough for some people. That doesn't mean I side with this Roberta Moore or any of her friends, I'm sure she's a very odious character and a bit of a nut case but I couldn't read the account given and accept it as fact after seeing the footage taken at the event.

yet you managed to get footage made by the fasctists. This is part of their agenda; act as if they are peacefully making a protest then accuse the victims of violence. Why do you come to such an event except to disrupt it. Why carry a can of a substance and spray it on the faces of people? this was very frightening for the people involved who were hospitalised. the thugs refused to leave the premises when asked to do so. The police confirmed to them that they must leave when requested but they had to be escorted off the premises. Not sure what 'Arab by all accounts' is supposed to mean. The 'mask is slipping' is an apt expression here.
