Japanese Knotweed survey/report?
Hello,
We need to source a supplier to provide a 'Mortgage Compliant Survey' for Japanese Knotweed on our N4 property.
They need to be a member of the 'Property Care Association Invasive Weeds Group' which does have a preferred/registered suppliers list - but the first one we contacted wanted a couple of hundred pounds even if there was no problem.
Can anyone recommend a reliable supplier for this that isn't going to cost us a fortune?

Yes - fair point, for the time and work it would take I guess that's what a specialist will charge.
I guess my reaction was based on a feeling that "You're not going to get a mortgage without this report - so we can charge what we want!"...
...still like to find a cheaper supplier though :)
