Japanese decorative sheets of paper

I have a roll of eight large sheets of paper each printed with an identical traditional Japanese horse motif. I am told by a Japanese friend that they would originally have been intended for wrapping packed lunches.

The paper is rather like greaseproof paper in texture and thickness. It is off-white colour, printed with black and red.

Size of each sheet: 60 x 46.5 cm (just over A2).
