My friend, aged 87, urgently needs to sell a very nice sofa to raise money for residential care fees. Photo attached but I don't know if it will show on the page - ask me if it doesn't and you would like one. It's upholstered in dark grey, turns into a double bed, modern simple style with arm rests, some cushions can be thrown in too. Collectible from an upstairs flat in N15. (lift access, parking quite easy). Offers over £200 please, to me and I will then pass them on to her as she can't manage internet stuff easily. She is a retired artist and would also like to sell some paintings - mostly still life, framed and about 70cm by 50cm, can be viewed at her flat or I can send photos.
