When all the smoke has cleared and all the debris has been swept up, will all our citizen journalists make sure to tweet the rest of us in real time about the marvellous cut-price bargains they pick up in Sunday markets and carphoneboot sales across the Borough?  In these straitened times we need all the bargains we can get.
