Glad to hear it - I'll be back here to find out how to start the process as soon as they introduce this policy in the East of the borough, so I'm glad it's not all doom and gloom.

Following on from this - I requested all smaller bins last Thursday and they just arrived now. It was an easy process. We now have all smaller black and green bins (because we don;t have much rubbish) and our front yard looks a million times better. The men who delivered them were very polite and helpful. Thank you Veolia!!
