We're expecting Royal Mail deliveries on Mattison Road, and nothing through yet.
No doubt there's delays, but is anyone getting the mail delivered?

We had some last Thursday - our first delivery in a week. Nothing since. There have been a couple of other threads on here about it already. There are staff shortages at the sorting office and on deliveries due to CV, so there's a massive backlog.
Thanks. (Sorry, I did search before posting, but didn't see anything relevant.)
Also what probably doesn’t help is the government sending a letter to every household in the uk.
Nothing for me In Falkland - am expecting a few things including Royal Mail tracked which has been saying it's been out for delivery since Friday 27th
We’re in Pemberton Road and it’s been over 2 weeks now since we last got any mail. Have been expecting mail as well. Does anyone know if they will still deliver but just late or will they return to sender after a certain period of time. Trying to avoid calling the Royal Mail as sure they’re inundated at the mo
Chat facility pretty much just confirms tracking info, but won't accept any further communications. Understandable, albeit a first world inconvenience.
Still problems with mail deliveries in Hornsey N8 area. After getting one item of mail yesterday today i got a parcel. i had a chat with my lovely postwoman. She said there are only a third of staff in at Tufnell Park sorting office with mail and parcels piling up. She thinks mail will be delivered tomorrow. She said mail would get more priorty if people ordered less stuff online. I said it would help if Royal Mail updated their website to refllect what is happening. She said most people seem to prefer priorty be given to parcels rather than mail. I said i was awaiting various NHS and hospital letters so mail is my priority but i understand. She apologised. I said none of this is her fault and we appreciate the work she is doing. Without any safety gear. she is wearing woolly gloves and steps back from door after knocking.
They're out there. I'm sure they're doing their best. But there are far fewer of them than usual. Just be patient.
Also, don't answer the door to them as you would do in the past. Give them space. Clean your doorbell or knocker with disinfectant daily if you can as well. Leave your front gate open so they don't have to touch it.
