Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Has anyone been having problems accessing the internet or phonecalls on Hewitt Road since yesterday? Some of us think something's happened to the BT lines. Not sure if virgin media customers are affected or not.

Yes, we also have no internet/phone via BT since yesterday.  I have logged a call but have been unable to actually speak to anyone.  Have you have a response?

Yes, me too. I noticed the problem at about 8pm last night - I know it was working at about 9am yesterday morning. I've registered the fault and they've said it'll take till Wednesday to fix.

Hi - have just logged the problem with my phone provider - Phone Co-op and they say there does seems to be a fault and will liaise with BT and get back to me. Will let you know if I hear anything more. I would suggest  people who are affected should try to log the problem with their phone provider - to increase the pressure on BT to resolve the problem asap. thanks.

I reported this yesterday, they rang last night to run through some standard checks but are treating it as an individual fault by the sound of it. No update since then. 

Yes we are having problems in Seymour road. Are you all on 0208 347 exchange?

I'm in Seymour and have no landline (& broadand) - did the automated thing and there is a fault on the line, got a cursory text from BT saying 'it should be fixed by April 17th' - very helpful seeing as how I work from home and need internet. Grrrrr

I'm not sure. Our number is 0208 340 but that's because we bought it with us.

Been off since yesterday.

Any sign of any Open Reach vans doing anything to sort it?

Ditto! Except my text message says 18 April. Very frustrating.

Wish I'd seen this yesterday! We are having problems too, also on Seymour Rd. Started yesterday. Called our internet provider who confirmed it was a fault and that it was external to our house. No update today which is annoying. We're an 8351 number.

Phone and wireless dead at ours in Lausanne too since thurs. 340 number. They told us will be fixed by monday but no further texts. Also no 3G last night or today which is very weird but fine here near the tube.  

It seems quite a lot of the N8 area is affected - 2 friends in Hornsey/Crouch End have only just been reconnected today (internet access only, still no landline)

I don't have a landline connection either atm (further north on the Ladder than other posters)
