Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

so Im looking to put some savings into an account which gives me reasonable interest but can get it out with about 3months notice, no minimum amount as I dont have a lot of savings

just wondered if anyone had researched this and had any advice and no bankers touting for business please

TSB current account. Sign up online. 5% gross interest on first £2000, no interest on more than that.  You have to pay in £500 a month, but you can move it in + out so don't need a minimum once you've got started - check this, it may be that interest drops if below that 500. Get cash out with no delay and no penalty.

Best of the deals I've found at the mo, for this amount of dosh.

I opened one of these accounts but then Microsoft somehow got the bank details and took money from the account I had a terrible job recovering it. TSB were terrible and effectively said my son must have been the culprit (he absolutely was not). I withdrew all my money and wouldn't touch them with a barge pole! Terrible customer service if you find yourself the victim of fraud.
