Installing plasterboard for soundproofing

Hello! I'm in need of a recommendation for a builder who can install the sound-isolating metal bars and acoustic plasterboard material used in soundproofing. One long wall along a living/dining room. Supplies bought; need assistance as soon as possible as we had someone drop out.
