If you need excellent builders....

I am renovating a house on the ladder and my two builders (they are cousins) who i have known for years, work like absolute Trojans from 8-4.30pm.  They hardly ever stop for a coffee break and are so grateful for a sandwich or lunch my partner rustles up for them.

They have knocked through the kitchen, installed acro's put up a 200 kilo RSJ(!), rendered, plastered, skimmed, and repaired walls (inside and outside).  One of them has done a complete re-wire for me as well so he has saved me nearly £4k (i've had electricians' quotes) but he will not touch the fuse board though as he is not NiC registered (an electrician who initially gave me a quote for the re-wire said "thats quite honest of him..").  Anyone is allowed to do a re-wire to their property but unless we are NiC registered we cannot touch the fuse-board.

The one who does electrics is also a carpenter and has even levelled the main bedroom floor as the joists were sagging, saving me nearly £1000.  They are incredibly fast and honest. If you need them for a quote and to do some work, they will not disappoint you in their work and costings.  Lovely, lovely guys as well..
