I'm passionate about recycling but they just won't let me do it...!

Do other residents living above shops on Green Lanes/Grand Parade have constant problems in obtaining recycling bags designed for residents on the high street? I ordered my last batch over the phone in late February and chased the order up by email when they did not arrive. I also requested that a manager should look into this as there may be a fault with the dispatching/delivery system, bearing in mind that I had to chase up deliveries in the past as well. Despite receiving an apology and a promise that a manager will investigate, the have not arrived, about 6 weeks after my initial order. I've also asked Cllr morton to chase this up, but so far, no joy.....!

I think it's a potentially excellent recycling scheme that takes into account that we have neither gardens nor wheely bins on the high street. But it's not much good if the bags ain't ever coming!
