Huge light room in Stroud Green available week days term time or for short periods

My daughter is at uni and i would like to let her room for short periods (up to a month) or weekdays term time so i can help fund her.  Its a huge room - pretty much the whole top floor, and you get use of the rest of the house.  Its a very comfortable and warm house  with  two bathrooms in a quiet street, near transport, park and zone 2.  And we have a very friendly dog.  i've attached some pics, i think.
