I'm not going to tell you who to vote for, but these are some things you should think about given what I have discovered about local elections in the past four years.
- If you want someone to be your councillor, you need to vote for them, don't rely on others to elect them. It's worth repeating: If you want someone to be your councillor, you need to vote for them.
- You have three votes, and it's not always wise to use all of them. If you have two candidates that you really want and a third you're a bit "meh" about, just use two of your votes. The third vote could be the difference between your first choice getting in and your "meh" choice getting in instead.
- If you want someone to be your councillor, you need to vote for them.
