Housing Benefits cuts forcing tenants out of Harringay

In a tweet this morning, Charlie Peridos of Anthony Pepe estate agents referred to an article in Landlord Today about the recent housing benefit cuts.

The article claims:

Over three-quarters of private landlords who currently accept housing benefit tenants are set to be forced out of the market, unable to afford to continue letting to those on lower rates of Local Housing Allowance.

Peridos' tweet highlighted the trend that he says has seen this legislation impact on Harringay for he past year.
