Homeless' home burned down at Homebase

I walked past Homebase today and saw that by the fire door on Green Lanes there was a big black stain and at closer inspection it seemed to have been the possessions of a homeless person.

The corner was roped off and the sad remains of the belongings were mostly ashes.

I walked past there yesterday and actually saw the stuff stacked neatly.

Does anyone know what happened? Cigarette or arson? 

I hope the person wasn't there when the fire broke out and didn't get insured.
