Help with parking fines
i have a neighbour ... oap, disabled and badge holder. they have several tickets for various parking issues.
ideally i need a human from the council to step in and sort it out, can any one advise please?

Cllr Seema Chandawani has always been very helpful. I think parking is still part of her cabinet portfolio (she'll let you know if it's not). She is reluctant to interfere with an officer's job, but if there are obvious problems that an officer is failing to deal with, she or one of you ward councillors is an option.
