Help - we are leaking!

I've had some great recommendations from here before and could really do with another now… can anyone help with details of someone/ a company that can work with wooden conservatories?

We have water coming in from where the conservatory roof joins the wall of the house. Difficult to tell in the dark but the problem seems to be with the saddle around the down pipe that runs down the back of our conservatory. The inside wall is really wet and it's starting to affect the floorboards…
