Help sought - small pane of glass needed installing

A slightly odd request.

I need to find and install a single small pane of glass about 32cm h by 28 w in my hallway.

I have absolutely no idea if this is a job that someone who works with glass could do with offcuts in about 10 mins, or if it would require an hour's work or so for an hourly rate.

If anyone can recommend anybody who installs windows etc or anyone has any glass leftovers that could be cut to size and fancies installing it themselves in return for a bottle of wine, say, please shout. Like I say I've no real idea what's needed - I'd have thought it was a quick job but would need to show someone who knows what they're doing!
