Help needed - 3/4 month rental for studio or 1 bed flat for retired lady currently undergoing chemo

Hello Jacqueline. I posted a reply yesterday but i don't think it has come through.

We have a large 4 bedroom house. It isn't quite what you specify but the room we are putting up for rent is a large double en-suite but is up 2 flights of stairs. The en-suite consists of shower, basin and toilet. There is also a bathroom on the 1st floor with a bath. There is also a shower on the ground floor. we have a large kitchen and garden. The house consists of me, my son and granddaughter so very family oriented and caring and we have an artist staying with us. We do have pets 2 cats and 2 dogs .

it comes available in about a week's time. There might be other options to consider.

We are near Turnpike Lane. what do you think?

Oh bless you, thank you so much for taking the time to reply. Sadly she can't do stairs at the moment so I need to find somewhere ground floor. Sounds lovely though! Kind regards, j

Hello Jacqueline. I understand but in case you get stuck finding somewhere, we do have another option potentially as we are definitely renting out one more room.

We have a big downstairs room (big through lounge with french doors to garden) that has a sofa bed (very comfortable bed) that could act as a downstairs bedsit. There is a very comfortable sofa too. We have a downstairs wet room with shower, basin and toilet. The kitchen is of course ground floor too.

We would have to leave certainly some of the furniture there but would be willing to do a quick conversion as it were so there is some clothes storage. it would give a big double bed side and a big living room side.

She must of course be comfortable sharing and with the dogs. My main visitor is my 84 year old friend from church and my granddaughter (20) is at Uni and quiet, teetotal rather than party girl - just to give a picture of the house! Our artist friend is hardly ever here and very quiet.

I hope you find somewhere and she recovers well from the chemo.
