You could ask at the Print Shop next to Harringay Local, or what about Askin Florists at the bottom of Allison (I think they do everything for weddings, but that may not include number balloons). Less locally there's Top Balloon on Stroud Green Road.

In the Market Hall in Wood Green Mall there is a party shop. I think I've seen number balloons in there. If not then the balloon stand by the escalators inside the mall (not far from where Boots is) may have them.

There is a balloon shop on Seven Sisters Road, just before it's junction with St Ann's Road, and on the corner of Candler Street. I got a pair of enormous metallic number balloons there a year or so ago, £10 each iirc.

The party shop on west green road, just near the seven sisters station bus stop. They're lovely in there, it's called celebrations partyware.

The Fun Shop in East Barnet have a good selection - but they are not in Haringey. There is parking there which is always a plus!
