Has Councillor Haley become a Trappist?

Following reports from last nights two AAs, it appears that Councillor Haley was silent despite issues that I would have though came under his remit as Cabinet member with responsibility for the Environment and Conservation.

And we must not forget that he was a 'no-show' at the previous H. & St Ann's AA.
