Has anyone been in contact with David Lammy about the Daylight Saving Bill?

I have contacted him twice but have not had a reply - has anyone else heard if he is supporting this Bill in Parliament (being debated on the 3rd Dec), which would give us an extra hour of sunshine in the evening?
