Harringay road N15 3JB

Does anyone know if there are any planned improvements or upgrades scheduled for this road? i have looked through the PDP plans and they don't seem to include this road and it is a shame because at the moment people are trashing rubbish behind tescos, making the road smell and using it as a dumping ground. Nearly all the paving stones are broken and dangerous especially towards the beggining of the road!
