Haringey Tops House Price Increase League
Good news for some, bad news for others; Rightmove's September house price change ranking shows that Haringey and Enfield had the biggest increase in prices last month.
According to the Rightmove figures, this leaves the average Haringey price at £620,917, almost 10% below the May peak of £689,472, but almost 11% up over 12 months.
Rightmove commented, “We are in a period of price re-adjustment in some London locations, both down and up depending on the ebb and flow of perceived value for money.”

I get email alerts from rightmove and about June I started getting emails alerting me to asking price drops in Tottenham. Since mid August I have even seen a couple with asking rental prices dropped!
If there has in fact been an increase it is long overdue in comparison to other boroughs.
