Haringey Electoral Services

Has anyone else had a letter from Haringey Electoral Services saying their postal ballot paper for the last poll (whatever that is) was rejected due to lack of information I provided. Outrageous - I have never withheld these details and if this was the case why on earth didn't they tell me before?!! Another Council fail - emailing them now.
